Kids Club ABA is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team and lead the recruitment of Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA services. The role emphasizes building relationships, proactive communication, and creative sourcing to fill roles quickly.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and operations, manage multiple openings, and ensure a positive candidate experience while advancing our mission to help children and families access needed services.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting RBTs, healthcare professionals, or direct-care staff is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit RBTs: manage recruiting activities for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive markets.
• Build relationships with applicants and conduct initial screening conversations.
