Shining Steps ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to join our growing team. This fast‑paced role focuses on recruiting and staffing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for ABA cases across multiple locations. Remote work is available with CST hours.

This is NOT an entry‑level position; candidates must have proven ABA recruiting experience and familiarity with ABA terminology. You will source, screen, onboard, and manage pipelines using Google Sheets.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Pay: $20–$23/hour depending on experience

Shining Steps ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position focused specifically on recruiting and staffing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for ABA cases across multiple locations.

This is NOT an entry-level recruiting position. We are only considering candidates with prior, provable experience in both:

• ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

• ABA-specific recruitment/staffing

All experience listed must be verifiable. References from previous ABA companies will be checked.

Position Expectations

The recruiter will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and staffing RBTs for assigned ABA cases

• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining organization through Google Sheets

• Communicating with candidates throughout the onboarding process

• Screening candidates for reliability, professionalism, and ABA knowledge

• Meeting staffing turnaround expectations for open cases

• Collaborating closely with leadership regarding staffing priorities and urgent needs

Recruiters will receive specific cases that require staffing and will be expected to actively source and place qualified candidates efficiently.

Requirements

Candidates MUST:

• Have previous ABA recruiting experience

• Have strong understanding of ABA terminology and services

• Be able to define and discuss ABA terminology during the interview process

• Have experience recruiting RBTs specifically

• Be highly organized and comfortable using Google Sheets

• Be dependable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Be available to work full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Performance Expectations

• Full training and workflow competency expected within 30 days

• Expected staffing turnaround goal: approximately 1 week for assigned cases

• 90-day probationary period applies to all new hires
