You will maintain a robust candidate pipeline, track recruiting metrics, and assist with onboarding to ensure new hires complete certifications and compliance steps.

This role emphasizes professional communication, strong organization, and the ability to use recruiting tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for ABA services strongly preferred.
• Strong professional, ethical, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified BCBAs, BHTs, and RBTs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires and ensure certifications/compliance steps are completed.
