Silna Health is seeking a Prior Authorization and Benefits Verifications Expert to join their team. This remote position requires a strong understanding of ABA and behavioral health processes, as you will work closely with providers to ensure timely authorization of services for patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in prior authorizations and will be responsible for verifying patient eligibility and collaborating with insurers. Join us to make a real impact on patient access to care.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience completing prior authorizations for ABA or other behavioral health services.
• Familiar with deductibles, co-insurance, and out of pocket costs.
• Ability to operate with urgency and be highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Work with ABA providers to collect patient information and communicate authorization decisions.
• Verify patient eligibility and complete prior authorizations with insurers.
• Handle multiple prior authorizations simultaneously.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of insurance policies

Knowledge of ABA billing processes

Experience with payor portals

Strong work ethic

Detail-oriented and organized
