Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience completing prior authorizations for ABA or other behavioral health services.
• Familiar with deductibles, co-insurance, and out of pocket costs.
• Ability to operate with urgency and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Work with ABA providers to collect patient information and communicate authorization decisions.
• Verify patient eligibility and complete prior authorizations with insurers.
• Handle multiple prior authorizations simultaneously.

Skills

Strong understanding of insurance policies

Knowledge of ABA billing processes

Experience with payor portals
