Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to staff and insurance representatives.
• Run and utilize reports; maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and track authorizations.
• Communicate status updates to management and ensure pre-authorization where required.
• Collaborate with remote and clinic teams to support authorization processes.
