Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide customer service to staff and insurance representatives.
• Run and review computer reports regularly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
• Document authorization status for all patients requiring treatment authorization.
• Ensure pre-authorization is obtained and tracked where required.
