ECI Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Contract Corporate and Go-to-Market TA Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 5 month remote contract.

This full-cycle recruiter will support hiring across Corporate and GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and G&A. The ideal candidate will lead intake and recruiting strategy, develop tailored sourcing approaches, build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate and GTM roles.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve speed and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Go-to-Market roles, coordinating intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and on-boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation.
• Maintain momentum and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely hires.
• Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and recruiting guidance to stakeholders.
• Navigate offer negotiations and onboarding coordination with HR and stakeholders.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and accurate ATS records.
