Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a three-month temporary assignment, with extension potential. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition and leads full-cycle recruiting for one or more business units, prioritizing high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will design recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, and manage offers.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience supporting G&A, Marketing, or GTM teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of TA tools; experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own recruitment strategies for business units with clear goals.
• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source, assess, and prioritize candidate pools.
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Navigate offers and closures within compensation frameworks.
• Represent the company in employment branding and candidate engagement.
