Guidant Financial, a fully remote company, is seeking a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will learn to administer, test, and report on 401(k) plans, progressing from document review to basic plan administration with accelerated training.

You will reconcile plans, prepare government filings, and educate clients on plan administration while supporting a fully remote work environment with strong ESOP values.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing in back-office financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Associates or Bachelors in business/finance or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and admin software for 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Prepare 401(k) filings including IRS Form 5500.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration.
