Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. You will connect with both new and existing clients to drive retirement readiness with top-tier training and support.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, autonomy, and a flexible daily routine, plus uncapped commissions and promotional opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales quotas in a call-center or B2B environment.
• SIE/FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; licensing within 45 days.
• Strong network-building via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Sell Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual tools.
• Hit daily dials, talk-time, and appointments targets.
• Work Monday–Friday with no weekends and flexible schedule.
• Engage new and existing clients to drive sales and adoption.
• Leverage training to build credibility in a stable tech company.
