ADP, Inc. is recruiting a Digital Sales Associate to sell Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone via virtual tools. You’ll engage both new and existing clients, leveraging a top-tier sales program to drive retirement readiness and revenue.

The role emphasizes daily activity metrics—dials, talk-time, and appointments—while offering autonomy, a set Monday–Friday schedule, and uncapped commissions in a dynamic, inclusive tech environment.

Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience is preferred.
• Licensing (SIE/63) is a plus; consideration for licensing within 45 days.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies.
• Connect with new and existing clients to drive sales of retirement solutions.
• Meet daily dials, talk-time, and appointments-set targets.
