ADP, Inc. is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell Retirement Services 401(k) solutions by phone using virtual tools. You'll connect with new and existing clients to help employees plan for retirement while benefiting from training and a supportive sales team.

Your daily focus will be on dialing, talk-time, and appointments. You'll enjoy a set Monday–Friday schedule, autonomy, flexible daily planning, and uncapped commissions within a dynamic, inclusive tech company.

Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience.
• SIE and FINRA 6/63 licensing is a plus; licensing within 45 days may be considered.
• Ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone.
• Hit daily dials, talk-time, and appointment targets.
• Engage clients via virtual appointments; no travel to offices.
• Participate in a dynamic, incentive-driven sales environment.
