Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience.
• SIE and FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensing is a plus; licensing within 45 days may be required.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies.
• Connect with new and existing clients to sell products that support retirement readiness.
• Meet daily goals for dials, talk-time, and appointments set; maintain a set weekday schedule (Mon-Fri).
