Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Work from home with an opportunity to earn additional compensation through performance-based commissions.

We value experienced collectors who build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver results while maintaining regulatory compliance. Eligible states are listed, with a 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team while working remotely.
