LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to work remotely from home. The role focuses on negotiating settlements, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining compliant, professional customer interactions.

This position offers a commission-based component and a Monday–Friday schedule, with state eligibility for remote employment across designated U.S. states. Successful candidates will thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and team while working remotely.
