Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills including regression modeling and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation executives overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service optimization for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies with cross-functional collaboration.
• Design, implement, and maintain customer solutions delivering mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analysis to inform decisions.
• Support Account Management on regular business calls to review strategies and performance.
• Lead transportation cost modeling and support customer contract negotiations.
• Develop and operationalize new logistics capabilities through standardized processes.
• Build and maintain relationships across the enterprise for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Systems, and 3PL team for execution.
