Job summary

PolyWorks USA is seeking a technical support and training specialist to translate complex metrology software concepts into practical solutions for customers.

You will deliver training sessions, perform software demonstrations, and relay customer feedback to product teams. This fully remote role requires regular travel across the United States, supporting manufacturing and engineering processes with cutting-edge metrology technology.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
• Willing to travel between Canada and the United States.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks solutions to provide basic and advanced technical support to customers.
• Provide customer training sessions (typically three days) for effective software use.
• Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer by communicating needs to the development team.
• Participate in events and trade shows to promote our software solutions.
