Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent related experience in Engineering, Technology or Physics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems including motors, sensors, PLCs.
• Remote troubleshooting experience in industrial equipment or scientific instruments is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills using common business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for metrology equipment, including on-site and remote assistance.
• Explain complex technical details clearly and maintain proactive customer communication.
• Manage multiple service requests and contribute to process improvements and training.
• Travel occasionally for on-site service or training tasks.
