Qualifications

• 5+ years of 360/full-desk recruiting in an agency.
• Proven ability to develop new business and client relationships.
• Experience recruiting across Manufacturing/Industrial, Supply Chain, Eng/Tech, Finance/Accounting, or Marketing/Sales.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand complex job requirements and identify candidate skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Driven entrepreneurial mindset; able to manage a desk in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: build new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Opportunity Generation: identify and develop direct-hire opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Client Discovery: lead intake calls to understand hiring needs, compensation, and position expectations.
• Candidate Recruitment: source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates for permanent placement.
• Candidate Matching: align candidate experience and goals with client requirements.
• Candidate Presentation: present qualified candidates and communicate fit for the opportunity.
• Interview Management: coordinate and manage the interview process from submission to final selection.
• Offer & Placement Management: facilitate compensation discussions, negotiate offers, and close placements.
• Relationship Management: develop long-term client and candidate relationships for repeat business.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: maintain activity within the ATS/CRM.
