Specialty Search Group partners with a growing healthcare technology organization to hire a seasoned 340B subject matter expert for a remote, client-facing Solutions Consultant role.

The position sits at the intersection of 340B expertise, technology, sales, and product strategy, working with senior sales executives on hospital and health-system opportunities and translating complex requirements into tailored solutions while establishing credibility with 340B stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience within the 340B ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of 340B program operations, contract pharmacy, and compliance.
• Experience presenting complex 340B concepts to healthcare executives.
• Ability to conduct consultative discovery and translate needs into technology solutions.
• Strong written communication and RFP/RFI response experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary 340B expert for complex sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery with hospital and health-system stakeholders.
• Lead customized software demonstrations tailored to 340B environments.
• Engage with 340B program leaders, pharmacy executives, finance, and operations.
• Support sales through discovery, demonstration, proposal, evaluation, and close.
• Lead or contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for product and commercial teams.
• Identify market trends, product gaps, and competitive objections.
• Develop sales enablement materials and demonstration strategies.
• Train commercial teams on 340B concepts and platform capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events.
