Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a 340B Account Specialist to join our 340B Team. You will serve as the primary contact for 340B qualified healthcare providers and contract pharmacies, ensuring exceptional customer service and attentiveness to our entities.

In this remote role, you will manage relationships, communicate product and service offerings, lead solution development, and support audits and optimization of contract pharmacy arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account management in 340B or other health-care setting required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ACE Certified preferred.
• Proficient personal computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask managing multiple projects while serving as the subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management for 340B entities to ensure compliant program operation.
• Own and build relationships with managed accounts.
• Develop a communication plan to promote products, tools, interfaces, modules, and services.
• Lead calls and quarterly reports to help entities monitor program performance.
• Assist entities in audits and identifying opportunities for improvement.
