Job summary

Verity Solutions is seeking a remote 340B Implementation Administrator to lead SaaS onboarding for healthcare clients. You will manage multiple implementation projects, coordinate with Pharmacy and TPA partners, ensure data setup, training, and transition to account management, and act as the primary Verity contact on complex deployments.

The role requires a BA/BS in business, healthcare, or information systems, 3+ years in customer-facing technology implementations, SaaS experience, and strong

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, healthcare, information systems or related field.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technology implementation and project management (SaaS preferred).
• Experience with 340B and/or pharmacy operations is desired.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ability to analyze data and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Drive leadership oversight for onboarding SaaS projects from initiation to launch.
• Develop and manage relationships with customer project contacts and define success factors.
• Coordinate data setup, wholesaler integration, and software configurations for project success.
• Provide thorough training on software functions and facilitate a smooth transition to live state.
• Act as the primary Verity contact and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deployments.
