Job summary

Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a 340B Program Manager to oversee 340B compliance, purchasing, inventory, and audits across the health system's entities. You will lead the pharmacy analytics team, coordinating with Revenue Cycle, Epic, and Patient Financial Services to maintain accurate drug records, 340B reporting, and CMS/payor compliance.

Strong collaboration with Pharmacy Leaders, contract pharmacies, wholesalers, and vendors will optimize 340B operations and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science from ACPE-accredited program or equivalent
• Master's in a Health-related field is preferred
• 340B Apexus Advanced Certificate is preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• 1-2 years of purchasing, auditing, 340B compliance, and/or management experience
• 2 years of 340B experience in a DSH hospital preferred
• Experience with Epic billing and CMS 340B requirements
• Knowledge of healthcare accounting, finance, and reimbursement principles

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and act as primary contact for 340B program matters
• Oversee 340B team activities including auditing, reporting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Epic teams for medication record builds and charging
• Partner with Revenue Integrity and Payer Relations for 340B CMS compliance updates
• Coordinate with Patient Financial Services and Clinic Managers on patient charging per 340B rules
• Work with Pharmacy Leaders across sites for optimal 340B purchasing and inventory
• Maintain and update policies across entities to ensure 340B compliance
