Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a 340B Informatics Pharmacist to bridge Pharmacy Operations, 340B Program Management, Revenue Cycle, and IT. You will lead technical initiatives across Epic, 340B software, and ADM processes to ensure compliance and data integrity.

You will manage data, mappings, and reporting while partnering with informatics and clinical teams to implement improvements and audits. Remote position with periodic on-site audits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD or equivalent degree and active licensure.
• 2–4 years of hospital pharmacy operations experience required.
• 2+ years of IS/EMR experience with Epic/Cerner or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Pharmacy Operations, 340B Program, Revenue Cycle and IT; focus on medication systems and 340B compliance.
• Manage 340B technology systems, including split-billing software and TPA platforms; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Maintain NDC mappings, CDM configurations, and billing code associations for accurate charges.
• Lead 340B program audits, data collection, and corrective action planning.
• Develop future-state 340B and clinical informatics workflows with an emphasis on interoperability.
