Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville is seeking a Remote 340B Program Coordinator to oversee the 340B program from our Pharmacy Team. You will utilize 340B software to maintain compliance with OPA and coordinate cross-functional activities.

In this role you will perform self-audits, monitor eligibility, assist in mock and external audits, and identify cost-saving improvements while partnering with system and local leadership to enhance services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or Computer Science.
• 3+ years direct 340B coordination experience.
• PTCB Certification required or Kentucky registry.

Responsibilities

• Manage split-billing software and ensure 340B compliance.
• Develop self-audits of the 340B process and remediate findings.
• Review service points for eligibility and policy compliance.
• Monitor billing issues and implement system checks to prevent problems.
• Evaluate patient eligibility in hospital settings by reviewing records and plans.
• Coordinate audits with internal teams and external auditors.
• Document utilization, savings, and discrepancies; monitor inventory levels.
• Serve as primary internal coordinator for 340B matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve service offerings and implement process improvements.
