Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 340B program operations and compliance.
• Perform audits to ensure 340B compliance and prevent duplicate discounts.
• Develop and maintain 340B policies and procedures.
• Build reports to monitor compliance and performance with audit records.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, IS, and external partners to resolve issues.
• Research patient encounters in EPIC to verify eligible patients and locations.
• Train staff on 340B procedures including contract pharmacies and UTMB-owned pharmacies.
