Job summary

Complete Logistical Services seeks 2nd and 3rd Assistant Engineers for remote, contract roles aboard our fleet. You will operate, maintain, and inspect engines and auxiliary equipment under supervision.

Required: MMC with current dates, Unlimited rating with OICEW endorsement, USCG medical certificate, TWIC, Water Survival, and Rigging certification. The role emphasizes safety and USCG compliance with remote offshore rotations.

Qualifications

MMC with current valid dates and proper endorsements.
Unlimited engine rating with OICEW endorsement is required.
USCG medical certificate current with National and STCW dates.
Water Survival (T-HUET/FOET/BOSIET) or equivalent training.
Rigging certification (API-RP-2D) is preferred.
TWIC and Basic Safety Training and VPDSD.

Responsibilities

Assist operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of engines, generators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and monitor performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Maintain engine room logs and equipment documentation.
Support bunkering, lubrication, and fluid management.
Participate in emergency drills and vessel safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with USCG regulations and company policies.
