Qualifications

• Live within commuting distance to North Lauderdale, FL
• 1+ year analytical/technical/traffic or safety operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with long screen-based monitoring
• Sound, fast decisions on safety-critical events with incomplete information
• Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Review alerts, camera footage and vehicle data to confirm whether a collision or security event has occurred, then escalate
• Respond to security alerts involving the vehicle
• Validate navigation data against real-world road conditions
• Identify recovery options for disabled or weather-affected vehicles
• Flag hazards involving vulnerable road users and emergency vehicles
• Take escalations from first-line specialists and route safety events to the emergency response team
