KRE Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher / Operations Support Team Member to join our 24/7 Scheduling Department and Operations Team. This hands-on role blends light scheduling, site monitoring, problem-solving, and clear communication to keep security operations running smoothly.

• Security or dispatch experience is helpful, but training is available.
• Ability to answer a phone call at 2:00 AM and take decisive action.
• Willingness to learn scheduling and operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sites and guard coverage to ensure proper operation.
• Fill emergency and last-minute staffing needs.
• Provide light scheduling support and adjust coverage.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and guards with questions.
• Serve as a point of contact for guards needing assistance during shifts.
• Assist with uniform and equipment needs and transportation-related requests.
• Communicate schedule changes to team members and document incidents.
