Confidential is seeking Remote Technical Support Specialists for our 24/7 Operations Center. You will review alerts, camera footage and vehicle data to confirm events, verify navigation data against real-world conditions and assist disabled vehicles to recovery.

Ideal candidates are calm, precise and capable of making sound decisions quickly. The role requires live in commuting distance to Las Vegas, NV, and willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Live in commuting distance to the Las Vegas office.
• 1+ year of analytical, technical, traffic or safety operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with long screen-based monitoring
• Sound, fast decisions on safety-critical events with incomplete information
• Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Review alerts, camera footage and vehicle data to confirm whether a collision or security event has occurred, then escalate to the emergency response team
• Respond to security alerts involving the vehicle
• Validate navigation data against real-world road conditions
• Identify recovery options for disabled or weather-affected vehicles
• Flag hazards involving vulnerable road users and emergency vehicles
• Take escalations from first-line specialists and route safety events to the emergency response team
