Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Service Technician for our Greenville team to perform on-site service work in a safe, professional manner. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff.

We offer full-time W2 employment with overtime, comprehensive benefits, company-provided tools, a vehicle with fuel covered, and a defined career glidepath to advance. A valid license and smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's windows, doors, showers or baths in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leave customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
