Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician to join our Boston-area team, performing essential service work in a safe, professional manner. Report to Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's showers and baths in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
