Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician to join our Boston team, responsible for performing required service on showers and baths while ensuring safety and quality. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers and Trainers.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• A sense of pride in your work and an unwavering commitment to our customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's showers and baths in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
