Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Service Technician to perform window and door service work on our growing remodeling team. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff to deliver safe, quality service.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Pride in work and commitment to customers.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progress.
• Perform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective manner.
• Review service completion with customer and secure required signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance.
