Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Service Technician for our Greenville team to perform essential service work and represent our brand on-site. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes ownership, detailed workmanship, and a customer-first approach as we continue growth across multiple markets. Location: Greer, SC; schedule: Mon–Fri, starting at 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, assess service area, and communicate progress.
• Perform service on windows, doors, showers or baths safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customers and obtain signatures.
• Leaves customer location in a clean and safe condition.
