Job summary

West Shore Home in Franklin, MA is seeking a Service Technician to join our Boston team and help deliver on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by performing essential service work safely and effectively.

You will report to the Installation Manager, work with Lead Installers and Trainers, and receive company-provided tools, paid training, a vehicle with gas covered, and a defined career glidepath to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to log into company systems via two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers, assess service area, and communicate progress.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Obtain customer signatures and ensure clean, safe work site.
