Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY is seeking an Administrative Assistant | Sales Assistant to support our Denver-area kitchen and bath remodeling projects. The role focuses on scheduling, lead follow-up, and showroom management to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.

The ideal candidate is coachable, empathetic, organized, and excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is hourly with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Technology savvy with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coachable, driven and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Call appointments and new leads to book appointments.
• Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into appointments.
• Convert showroom walk-ins into appointments.
• Schedule install dates with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project submissions, social media, and customer reviews.
• Use CRM, social media and other tools to engage with prospects and customers.
• Assist owners in sales and operations tasks.
• Work with customers on final selections for remodels, including Bath Tune Up.
• Place orders for tiles and remodeling materials; reconcile costs.
• Invoicing with customers and keep showroom clean and organized.
