Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY is seeking an in-home sales professional for the kitchen/bath remodeling space. You will guide clients through a consultative process, present tailored remodel solutions, and drive closings using our design tools.

You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive a generous commission plan, performance bonuses, and ongoing mentorship. Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized within a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with proven revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Schedule: Wednesday office half day (8am-noon); Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri consultations; two Saturdays per month; one evening per week.
• Three references from previous supervisors.
• Positive attitude and high energy!
• Strong character guided by a good moral compass. Always do the right thing!

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in the homes of prospects, using our proven consultative sales process and presenting solutions that fit client wants, needs and investment range.
• Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions to the client.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or other design software.
• Create a proposal and related materials to present to the client with the goal of closing a sale.
• Communicate with the client throughout the process and celebrate the dream kitchen/bathroom with them.
• Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Wednesdays and sales coaching sessions as needed
