Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune Up of Denver is hiring an Administrative Assistant & Sales Assistant to support our sales and project teams across the greater Denver area. You will manage pre- and post-sales processes, book appointments, coordinate showrooms, and help ensure smooth project execution.

The role emphasizes coachable, driven individuals with strong organizational skills, customer service focus, and experience with CRM systems and project tools.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and able to handle CRM tools and data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Book appointments from calls and leads
• Answer incoming lines and convert to appointments
• Convert showroom walk-ins to appointments
• Schedule install dates with customers and teams
• Manage monthly project submissions and online reviews
• Use CRM and online tools to engage with prospects and customers
• Assist owners with sales and operations tasks
• Support customers on final selections for remodels
• Place orders for materials and handle invoicing
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom
