Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune Up of Denver seeks an Administrative Assistant / Sales Assistant to support our sales and project teams in Denver. You will handle bookings, lead follow-up, showroom upkeep, and coordination of pre/post-sales processes, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact through project completion.

Ideal candidates are coachable, driven, empathetic, and ready to train in CRM tools and project management systems.

Qualifications

Technology savvy with computer, smartphone, and CRM familiarity.
Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Call appointments and new leads to book appointments.
Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into appointments.
Convert showroom walk-ins into appointments.
Schedule install dates with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage monthly project submissions, social posts, and customer reviews.
Use CRM, social media, and online tools to engage with prospects and customers.
Assist owners in sales and operations efforts.
Work with customers on final selections for remodels.
Place orders for tiles and remodeling materials; perform cost reconciliations.
Invoicing with customers.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.
