• Confidence interpreting contract information to identify scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule siding, roofing, decking, gutters, and window installations based on contract review and production needs.
• Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to homeowners.
• Apply, track and confirm required permits; schedule final inspections as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for materials, dumpsters, and portable toilets.
• Maintain detailed project notes in company systems.
• Collaborate with Field Managers to track progress, flag issues, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as the sales representative primary contact, providing updates via phone, email and text.
• Follow up post installation to confirm satisfaction before billing.
• Step in to assist other production roles as needed during absences.
