Stronghouse is seeking a Production Specialist to act as the main liaison between sales and production, coordinating schedules and logistics through the remodeling journey for homeowners in Houston. You will manage permits, timelines, and site safety while maintaining clear communication with homeowners via phone, email, and text.

The role emphasizes overseeing crews, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction from onboarding to completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in exterior home services (roofing, siding, windows, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry habits.
• Confidence interpreting contract information to identify scheduling needs.
• Calm, professional demeanor in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule installations based on contract review and production needs; communicate timelines clearly to homeowners; apply, track and confirm permits; coordinate materials, dumpsters, and portable toilets; maintain detailed project notes; collaborate with Field Managers.
• Customer Experience & Communication: Identify job needs, make judgments based on business needs; solve problems with partners; manage crews based on geography and project complexity; set up site safety procedures; serve as primary contact with customers; follow up post installation to confirm satisfaction.
• Step in to assist other production roles as needed during absences.
