Job summary

Fletcher Home is seeking an shows and events promoter to drive lead generation and customer engagement at remodeling events. You will interact with prospective customers, present the product line cheerfully, and capture leads for follow-up, including after-hours calls as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, weekend availability, and strong communication skills to deliver a positive customer experience throughout events and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Lead generation at events is required.
• Sell cheerfully and listen to customer needs.
• Call and follow up with event leads after 5pm if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Customer-first attitude and weekend availability.
• Capture and enter lead data accurately for each event.
• Plan, set up, execute and tear down events with direction from Marketing & Communications Director.
• Travel to and support onsite events including load-in/load-out.
• Manage event photos and distribute to internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend shows/events weekly and engage prospective customers.
• Introduce customers to remodeling services and product line.
• Ensure timely entry of leads from each event into the system.
