Job summary

Global Channel Management, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lockbox Capture Processor with 1+ year of remittance processing experience. The role is 30 hours per week, starting at 6AM, with alternating Sundays through Fridays and some holiday shifts.

You’ll follow SOPs, verify payments, and contribute to team goals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in lockbox or remittance processing.
• Ability to lift mail trays up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work Sundays through Fridays, including weekends/holidays.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer instructions for processing.
• Verify transactions to ensure correct payments.
• Meet team and individual production goals.
• Cross-train in Remittance Processing.
• Identify and suggest workflow improvements.
• Maintain security procedures.
