Commerce Bank is seeking a Remittance Processor III to support Lockbox Remittance Processing services in Kansas City. Work schedule is 3:30 PM - Midnight (2nd shift) with shift differential eligibility.

The role involves quality checks, scanning, data entry, and PHI/card payment processing in HIPAA and PCI compliant environments, staying on top of deadlines and customer requirements. Must have a high school diploma and 2+ years in payment processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in payment processing or related production experience.
• Ability to learn and operate department systems and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on outbound mail and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate and maintain high/low speed scanning equipment with accuracy.
• Monitor workflows to meet deadlines and maintain SLAs.
• Process PHI and card payments in HIPAA/PCI compliant manner.
• Complete data entry for scanned images and multiple accounts.
• Cross-train and support other areas as needed.
• Be flexible with overtime and schedule demands.
