Job summary

Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a Lockbox Capture Processor to handle remittance processing and document scanning in a production environment. The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs, sitting/standing for long periods, and alternating Sunday-Friday shifts starting at 6 AM until completion.

The position is 30 hours, with weekend and some holiday shifts during peak payment volumes. Prior experience in remittance processing and document imaging is preferred; familiarity with 10-key and MS

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Energetic with strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with remittance processing and document scanning & imaging preferred.
• Experience with 10-key is helpful; basic Microsoft applications required.
• General knowledge of banking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches of work using High Speed Check Processing equipment to extract checks and remittance documents from envelopes and scanning documents per procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing.
