PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Lockbox Processor to join the AR Advantage Operations team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role is an in-office position with a Sunday-Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and no visa sponsorship is offered.

You will extract remittances, maintain productivity and quality, and ensure accurate transaction processing in compliance with SOPs. Applicants should be detail-oriented, capable of basic machine operation and ten-key data entry, and able to verify

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Knowledge of data entry and basic processes is preferred.
• Ability to process and reconcile transactions per SOP and policies.

Responsabilités

• Extract remittances according to SOPs.
• Maintain productivity and quality levels.
• Operate machines and perform basic ten-key data entry.
• Process and reconcile transactions per established policies.
• Ensure materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions.
• Confirm equipment is operational where applicable.
• Provide feedback on workflow and work received.
• Review transactions for completeness, accuracy and conformance.
