Deluxe Corporation in Newark, DE is seeking a Processing Specialist I to support remittance processing operations. The role focuses on daily duties such as machine-assisted grouping, batching transactions, and ensuring accuracy under close supervision.

You'll operate mail extraction equipment, perform selective sorting, and maintain quality through basic decision-making. A detail-oriented, flexible candidate who works well independently and with teams will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Able to read and make basic decisions.
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious.
• Able to work independently on work for all clients.
• Capable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
• Team player with interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate mail extraction equipment and group work into batches.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Perform quality review on outgoing items including HIPAA clients.
• Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports.
• Perform basic adjustments and repairs to equipment.
• Sort transactions and make basic decisions.
