Deluxe is seeking a Processing Specialist I for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) in Newark, DE. The role focuses on remittance processing, batching, and basic to intermediate tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include operating mail extraction and sorting equipment, performing batch processing, and generating daily reports. Requires a high school diploma and ability to lift 25 lbs, with a fast-paced, deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and make basic decisions with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailroom equipment and group work into batches.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Prepare outgoing packages and perform daily reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain performance per standards.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed.
