Deluxe Corporation in Newark, Delaware, seeks a Processing Specialist I to perform basic to intermediate remittance processing under close supervision. You will operate mailroom equipment, batch transactions, and prepare outgoing items per client instructions.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently or with others, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Detail-oriented with good hand/eye coordination.
• Able to read and make basic decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Independent work ethic with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or off shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate mailroom equipment and sort/ batch remittance items.
• Batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructions.
• Prepare outgoing packages and perform quality reviews.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity per department standards.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments/repairs as needed.
